What do you do?
"Our activity consists of producing and selling 100% natural fruit juices (apple, apple-pear, apple-cherry and apple-strawberry).
We also offer individuals and organisations a fruit-processing service, turning their own fruit into juice. This includes pressing, pasteurisation and bottling.
We cultivate 40 ares of orchards featuring traditional fruit varieties, which we are committed to preserving and promoting.
Our priority is to make the most of the fruit grown in our orchards and showcase the fruit-growing heritage of our region."
What motivated you to be awarded the "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark" label?
"We are proud of our heritage and wish to share our expertise while contributing to the promotion of our region and the preservation of the environment."
Are you committed to sustainable development and eco-responsible practices?
"We are committed to sustainable development by prioritising short supply chains. We use photovoltaic panels to generate renewable energy and collect rainwater.
With the aim of achieving a more comprehensive circular economy, we have invested in a bottle-washing machine to avoid throwing away reusable bottles. The bottles are returned through a deposit system.
Finally, we make use of less visually appealing fruit by turning it into juice, thereby helping to reduce food waste.
These practices allow us to manage our resources more responsibly and contribute to the preservation of our environment."
