"Our philosophy is based on carefully selected raw materials, long fermentation times for extra flavour, innovative production processes, a local approach with no intermediaries and high-quality partners.
"We bake on Thursdays and Fridays (order before noon the day before baking at www.lefournilduloup.be), and our products are distributed to partner shops in the region.

What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
"It's very important for us to keep the region alive and to bring producers together."
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
"We have a short circuit, the wood we buy from our neighbour feeds the oven, we have solar panels and we produce what we consume."
