What is it you do?
"We've been in Wellin for 22 years, and our bakery and patisserie is home-made.
We use ‘blé d'ici durable’ flour, which certifies the origin of the wheat harvested by the farmers and the quality of the flour produced by the millers.
Our values: guaranteeing fair remuneration, transparency regarding the origin of raw materials and sustainable growing methods.
Open: Wednesday to Sunday (7am-12pm and 1.30pm-6pm), Saturday closing at 5pm and Sunday at 12pm.
What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
"Make yourself known in the region and embrace the values of the Geopark."
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
‘We have photovoltaic panels (100), we sort waste and unsold bread is given to animals’.
