What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
“Located in the heart of the Famenne-Ardenne region, La Brasserie du Ravel aims to contribute to promoting the area and its local stakeholders.
We regularly welcome tourists, hikers and cyclists using the RAVeL network, and we wish to contribute to promoting our region as well as local products and specialities.”
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
“Our establishment prioritises local products and short supply chains whenever possible.
We sort our waste, reduce food waste and continuously strive to minimise our environmental impact. We also have solar panels.”
