What is it you do?
"A family dairy farm, we've been making butter for 3 generations. We offer a range of dairy products, yoghurts, milk, fromage frais, crème fraîche and ice cream.
Open: Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 5pm."
What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
"To help the public discover the richness of our heritage and its resources."
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
"We produce our own energy using photovoltaic panels, our cows graze outdoors from April to November, and we use glass jars for our yoghurts."
