We offer four different restaurants where you can delight your taste buds with the culinary creations of our Michelin-starred chef, Wout Bru.

What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
“We would like to become a partner of the Famenne-Ardenne Geopark in order to actively contribute to promoting our region and its many assets.
As an established stakeholder in the heart of Durbuy, we are committed to introducing our guests to the natural, geological and cultural heritage that shapes the unique identity of Famenne-Ardenne.
This commitment reflects our desire to promote responsible and sustainable tourism, while contributing to the visibility and preservation of our region.”
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
“Le Sanglier des Ardennes, as a major player in tourism in Durbuy, has decided to commit to the Green Key label. Aware of its environmental impact and social responsibility, the establishment is committed to implementing concrete actions to reduce its ecological footprint.
We have a responsible purchasing policy, monitor and optimise our energy and water consumption, and continuously improve the management, reduction and recycling of our waste.”
