What is it you do?
"In 2013, Geneviève and Alain escaped to the countryside… and little by little, they tamed their one-hectare plot — a fleeting world in constant transformation through the four seasons.
Founded in 2023, the non-profit organization Jardin La Clé du Temps aims to raise public awareness of the beauty, diversity, and respect for nature, while ensuring the long-term preservation of the park.
It supports artists by organizing exhibitions, workshops, and performances. Through its activities, it promotes personal encounters, exchange, and a warm, tailored welcome.
Labelled a ‘Remarkable Garden’ since 2024, and an active member of the Friends of European Remarkable Gardens.
Open the first three weekends of each month."
What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
"Our gardening philosophy aligns with the goals of the Famenne-Ardenne Geopark project.
We highlight the strengths of our region with a strong commitment to environmental respect, water management, and soil care."
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
"To be awarded the 'Remarkable Garden' label, we must adhere to a charter for sustainable development."
