Discover the rural village of Wéris by exploring its warren of narrow streets and walking paths that wind their way through the village's stunning heritage: beautiful half-timbered houses and farmhouses (among which a rather stunning 17th century castle-farm), built in lime- or sandstone, but also public bakeries, cute little chapels and even remarkable trees.
Wéris is of course far and wide renowned for its pudding stone menhirs and dolmens but also megalithic stones with legendary names that are dotted throughout the countryside
And for a perfect ending to a perfect day we recommend you visit the Megaliths Museum, where you can enjoy a refreshing glass of Dolmenius (beer!) while quietly contemplating this tiny, yet beautiful village.
