What do you do?

"For over 25 years, we've been running a farm with over 300 chamois Alpine goats.

We feed our goats hay from our meadows to make a farmhouse cheese from fresh or unpasteurised milk, produced in the traditional way.

What motivated you to be awarded the "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark" label?

"To participate in the development of the Geopark and publicise the existence of the area and its richness.

Listening to nature and respecting it is essential for us!

Are you committed to sustainable development and eco-responsible practices?

"We have solar panels, our manure is deposited on the meadows and we sort our waste. The milk used in the cheese-making process is produced on site.
