Our suites are situated in a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, where everything has been designed to offer you a moment of well-being, relaxation, and rest.
It is the perfect place to spend time as a couple, with family or friends, to recharge and slow down the pace of everyday life.
Just a few minutes away, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, take-away options, as well as several shopping opportunities.
The region also offers numerous cultural, tourist, and sporting activities: walks in nature, discovery of local heritage, attractions for children, and experiences to enjoy in every season.

What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
“I would like to become a partner in order to join a dynamic that promotes the natural, geological, and cultural heritage of our region.
Becoming a partner would allow me to support an initiative recognized by UNESCO in favor of heritage protection and sustainable development, while also contributing to the promotion of our territory among visitors.”
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
“Responsible resource management:
Clear, precise, and educational waste sorting has been implemented to guide our guests throughout their stay.
Indoor lighting is entirely LED.
A smart thermostat enables efficient and eco-friendly temperature management.
The condensing boiler and double glazing ensure improved energy performance.
Renewable energy and insulation:
Photovoltaic solar panels have been installed. Insulation has been reinforced in order to reduce fossil fuel consumption to an absolute minimum.
Sustainable materials and reuse:
During renovation, the original building was carefully deconstructed and materials were recovered for reuse.
The new construction uses natural and recycled materials: wood, lime, and clay.
The wood-fired sauna, integrated into our wellness area, also reflects this ecological approach.
Local and sustainable tourism:
We provide our guests with printed and video guides to discover the town of Marche-en-Famenne, its artisans, architecture, shops, and local producers.
No disposable welcome products are provided, in line with a waste-reduction approach.
Short walks around the accommodation allow guests to discover local fauna, flora, and heritage, connected to the Arboretum located just a 10-minute walk away.
