What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
“Highlighting the Ardennes for its local discoveries, regional produce, natural landscapes, and cultural and heritage activities, as well as visits to nearby castles.
Joining a quality network based on fundamental human and social values is important.”
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
“House renovated in 2025 using sustainable and bio-based materials, energy-efficient light bulbs, thermostatic valves, and waste sorting.
Collaboration with the non-profit organization ‘Souffle un peu’ for collecting bottle caps. The linen is washed and ironed by the social service (the laundry in Chanly).”
