What is it you do?
"Wildtrails specializes in organizing outdoor activities and adventure experiences for companies, groups, and individuals.
One of our key strengths: under the supervision of a guide, you will descend into our cave, where you will be required to overcome various passages (including narrow squeezes, rope ladders, shafts, etc.).
A unique experience in a rarely visited location. Everything is accessible to everyone and adapted to all skill levels.
We adapt the route to the abilities of the group.
Please note: this is not a simple cave visit, but a true caving (speleology) experience! Open all year round, except from October 15 to March 15, a period reserved exclusively for our bats."
What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
"We are a company active in outdoor activities and the promotion of nature.
We aim to become a partner of the UNESCO Global Geopark Famenne-Ardenne in order to highlight and showcase the “Trou du Souci” cave, located directly within the Geopark site.
We offer the opportunity, during certain times of the year, to visit the cave and admire its geological heritage.
During the winter, to protect the bats that hibernate there, we close the cave. This approach reflects our commitment to preserving natural heritage, raising environmental awareness, and promoting sustainable development."
